Shipping policy

No ShopCo products are made to order and fulfilled through third-party production partners using Printify.

Average production time is 2–5 business days for production partners in the United States and Canada, and 3–8 business days for production partners in Europe and other regions. Across the global network, production can range from 2–24 business days depending on the provider, item type, and stock availability. Complex items, such as embroidery or cut-and-sew products, may take longer. Shipping transit time is separate from production time and varies by destination and shipping service.

Orders ship directly from Printify’s production-partner locations, which may be in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Latvia, Slovenia, Spain, Australia, China, or India. The shipping origin depends on the production partner fulfilling your item. Products fulfilled by different production partners may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping charges are shown at checkout. The following are estimated transit times after production, in business days. Shipping service availability depends on the item, provider, and destination.

  • United States domestic: Economy 4–8 business days; Standard 2–5 business days; Priority or Express 2–3 business days, where available. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico may require an additional 7–12 business days.
  • Canada and Australia: Local or regional fulfillment 3–6 business days; international Standard shipping from United States or European providers 10–30 business days.
  • European Union and United Kingdom: Shipping from local European Union or United Kingdom providers 2–5 business days. Cross-border shipping from outside the European Union may require an additional 7–14 business days, plus customs-clearance time.
  • Other international destinations: Standard international shipping 10–30 business days, depending on local postal services and customs processing.

Production time is additional to these transit estimates. Production and delivery estimates may be affected by holidays, peak demand, carrier delays, or customs processing.

For international orders, applicable duties and import taxes are collected at checkout for destinations configured for collection. These amounts may be included in the displayed price or shown separately at checkout. Our production partners use delivered duty paid (DDP) shipping where required. If you receive a payment request for duties or import taxes already collected on your order, contact gabek1@icloud.com with your order number and a copy of the request so we can investigate.
